Stop the presses! Starlight Productions now has 3, count them, THREE new entertaining shows for your home or corporate event!
“I Love You to Death” takes family values to a whole new level when a VERY close family’s cousin’s wedding is disrupted by the death of the groom! Yes, they’re stereotypes, but these hayseed hillbillies are funnier than a pig in slop!
“Dying to Stay Alive” – you think you know them, but these are the original poseurs – from Diana Rush to John Revolting and Bruce Wee to Care, see how Studio 24 is MUCH funnier and more hip than that other club with a number – that is, until the Club owner and her illicit lover are found dead! Who did it? Who cares when there’s this many crazy cats around!
“Vinny & Vickie’s Huge Italian Wedding” Tony and Tina? Joey and Maria? They’ve got nothing on this ‘whacked’ family. The Groom used to ‘date’ the Maid of (dis-)Honor? His father is hitting on Vickie’s widowed ‘Grand’-mother? And who’s this wedding planner that has everyone wondering about his shoes? You gotta see it to believe it!
Check out our Murder Mysteries page for more details and bookmark this page to learn more about Vinny & Vickie!!

Residents and future residents alike enjoyed the staff of Gulf Coast Village, dressed to the T’s for their Roaring 20′s party. Starlight Productions was thrilled to once again provide additional entertainment for guests and staff. Not only did we appear in costume, but Starlight also offered some classic comedy. Great fun was had by all, especially Charlie, who celebrated his 100th birthday! Enjoy the photos we snapped at the event below.

Thanks to the dozens of people who came out and supported Starlight Productions at the premiere of our first feature film, Light! It was great to get most of the cast reunited and see the reactions from people all across Southwest Florida as the images played out on screen. If you were one of the few who missed the premiere, check out the great photos John Fernandez took of the event!

Starlight Productions is proud to present another one of our original murder mysteries, “A Death in the Family,” this Saturday, August 14th at 7:30pm at Nirvana Indian Fusion off College Parkway.
Along with the usual suspects, we will be introducing audiences to two new actors in the Starlight stable, Kathleen Baldini as the dutiful daughter Mimi and Gary Obeldobel as the family’s faithful pettifogger Hodgson.
And it wouldn’t be dinner theatre without the dinner! The chef at Nirvana
will be providing a buffet of choice Indian fusion foods for your enjoyment. At $40.00 per person, it’s the most affordable dinner and live show in Souhwest Florida, and the entertainment is second to none.
Come join us and play detective and you might just go home with the prize! We’ll see you all there!

Grandpa Henry & Gordo
Starlight Productions was hopping this week!
Things kicked off on Friday, December 4th, as Starlight Productions’ Paul Rose Jr. and John Nicolette performed two back to back Compassionate Christmas FamJam shows as Grandpa Henry and Gordo at Cape Christian Fellowship.

2009 Holiday Cast
Then, on Thursday, December 10th, Jenny Sonneman, Caleb Williams and John Nicolette joined Paul A. Rose Jr, Teresa Cobb & Marty Wisher “on stage” as we entertained potential new residents at Gulf Coast Village with “A Holiday Recipe for Murder,” written by Marty Wisher.
On Friday, December 11th, we spent a few hours celebrating in Perkins at the United Film & Television Artist (UFTA)’s annual Christmas Party, where Starlight Productions’ own Paul Rose Jr. was elected as President of the UFTA organization for the upcoming year. Paul plans to work with the Board to make UFTA an even stronger, more relevant organization for members associated with the Television and Film Arts.
On Saturday, December 12th, Paul Rose Jr. and John Nicolette returned to Cape Christian Fellowship, reprising their FamJam roles and performing four shows back to back at Cape Christian Fellowship that were each followed by food and gifts for needy families and kids – one show was just for special needs kids in Cape Coral.

Bo Peep Entertains
And finally, Saturday evening, the cast of “Holiday Recipe for Murder” was reassembled to perform at a private Christmas party for some of Cape Coral’s prominent citizens.
Please take a moment to enjoy the gallery, which includes many photos of the various events we participated in! (FamJam & Compassion Party photos courtesy of Reverend Dennis Gingerich of Cape Christian Fellowship.)
